Had radical prostactomy 26 weeks back. Still have incontinency.Doing keigel regularly.What else can be done w/o taking prescription medicine medicine.?

Kegel technique can be reviewed as well as other techniques to improve continence. It is typical to see continued improvement for 12 to as many as 24 months after surgery. Good luck!
