It is not harmful to use fleet enema. Do not use it on regular basis. Find the cause of problem.

Usually the small volume of a fleet's enema is not a problem. If this is a persistent need to use the enema for a bowel movement, then something other than simple constipation may be a problem and should be evaluated.
