In brief: Adenomyosis?

You have an enlarged uterus without a specific fibroids or other tumors.
This may be consistent with that of adenomyosis which is a condition when the lining of the uterus (endometrium) invades into the uterine wall. This causes the uterus to enlarge and may be accompanied by heavy periods and/or severe menstrual cramps.
