I think I have "delayed sleep phase syndrome." is there anything I can do to have a "normal" daily routine?
Delayed sleep phase. There are very helpful ways to reverse delayed sleep phase. Easy they are not. If this is affecting your daytime function or your work, it is worth seeking a professional to help you deal with this. Most treatments involve behavioral therapy (i.e. Using chronotherpy) with a component of phototherapy.
