I sprained my ankle about 2 months ago and its healed but, its still very stiff and sore to stretch what should I do?

At two months post ankle injury, the ligaments are still healing and stiffness may occur. You should start with a pt program twice a week, a home stretching program , proper shoe gear and custom made orthoses.
