In brief: No
To destroy the wart, you must destroy/remove layers of your skin which contain the virus. However, it will try to regrow as you treat, so the key is to be persistent with your treatment, be it laser, liquid nitrogen, cantharin, or candida antigen application by your doctor (sometimes every other week), or self treatments with otc salicylic acids.
