NO. There are many ways to treat a neuroma of the foot. However, only surgery will remove it.
Medications. Can't remove a neuroma, surgery can remove a neuroma. Medication injected can shrink a neuroma like dehydrated alcohol. These injections are very helpful.
No. Mortons neuroma is an inflamed nerve. Oral nsaids may decrease symptoms. Only surgery will remove the nerve. Alcohol injections are done but recently were not shown to be helpful.
