In brief: No

Ectopic is a pregnancy outside of the normal place in the uterus.
It is most commonly found in the fallopian tube but can also be found on an ovary , the cervix, in the abdomen or in the corner of the uterus. Ectopic s are treated with medication or surgery as the fetus cannot survive. Tubal ectopics may be associated with previous tubal damage from infection or endometriosis.

It is the reverse. An ectopic pregnancy will usually cause a miscarriage. The miscarriage is the result of the ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy does not come from a miscarriage!

In brief: Not the usual

Ectopic is out of uterine cavity and requires removal.
Most miscarriages are intrauterine and other problems with the embryo or implantation on the uterine wall.

In brief: It shouldn't

No. An ectopic pregnancy is one that forms in the fallopian tubes.
You can have an ectopic pregnancy and miscarry but it doesn't work the other way around.
