In brief: Sure
Some otc analgesic can provide additive or even synergistic pain effecs when used with opioids.
Lortab, in fact, already contains tylenol (acetaminophen). Nsaids such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen can also help with pain by targeting any inflammatory components. I wouodn't recommend any medications that change how lortab is metabolized or increase sedation.

In brief: Yes
There are some medications that are believed to potentiate, or support the effects of opiates such as hydrocodone in lortab.
Dextromethorphan is one substance used in cough medicine and designated as dm. Having said that, I have not found the effects to be well received in my patients. Alternating the lortab with tramadol is more effective but does require a script from a practitioner.
