Is there a good treatment for 10/10 lower back pain?

10/10 back pain. This rating is meaningless without a full evaluation by an md be it a specialist or your pmd. Treatments are not provided based on a patients numeric rating. This is because what is a 10/10 to you maybe a 6/10 or a 4/10 to someone else. In acute pain the rating is quite good, in chronic pain it is very inacurate.
Yes. The first and foremost one needs to know is why the pain is rated 10/10 which means almost a mortal pain. Very few conditions can cause such scenario. A pain specialist should be able to sort through the cause and come up with a multidisciplinary plan to alleviate the pain. These include but are not limited to minimally invasive procedures, surgery, medications, etc.
Usually. The success of any level of low back pain is very dependent upon the cause. Of course many other factors play a role in pain production and perception, but you must know the cause before anyone could delcare or propose a potentially successful treatment. You need to be evaluated by either an orthopedic spinal surgeon, or an interventional pain doctor for your answer.
