In brief: Maybe

I personally do not use anti-psychotics for pain management.
I could not say that it is never used, as I am sure some docs use this and other anti-psychotics for pain management, but this is not the indication for the drug.

In brief: Not usually

It is more common in chronic pain to add specific classes of antidepressants to the treatment.
Clozapine is a 2nd generation antipsychotic not an antidepressant. Discuss this possibility with your physician.
