I have low back pain and frequent urination, what could be the problem?

Kidney. You probably have a bladder or kidney infection. Get it treated. Kidney infection is insidious and hard to dx. Don't mess with this get urine sample tested. In meantime take 1000-2000 mg vit c. Cranberry juice only has 50mg. The vit c is toxic to e. Coli.
