My diagnosis from cat scan: chronic right basal ganglia lacunar infarct. I was told not to worry about it. However I am...I also have bells palsy...?

Unrelated. Lacunar means tiny little hole. The exact cause may be uncertain, most common is high blood pressure or diabetes. Bells palsy is peripheral facial nerve defect - unrelated to the lacunar infarct. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate. Referral for neurological evaluation may be appropriate.
