In brief: Yes

Smoking can affect both eggs and sperm.
It also may affect the health of your pregnancy once you conceive.

In brief: Yes!

There are very limited studies (its hard to design studies on illegal drugs, ) but what i've seen consistently suggests problems in both male and female fertility.
Like tobacco it depends some on how much you use. Cigarettes are thought to reduce fertility by about 15% per-cycle . Marijuana has many more combustion byproducts than tobacco, so it's reasonable to believe it's at least as harmful.
