In brief: 1-7 days

If it was done through the wrist, (radial artery approach), you should be able to drive in 1 day.
If done through the groin (femoral artery approach) you should wait about a week. If you have to stop suddenly in an emergency and really hit the brakes hard, you could pop the plug in the femoral artery and have a serious emergency.
