In brief: TESTOSTERONE not ok

Many men with low sperm counts are found to have low testosterone.
While there are many advantages to recommending testosterone replacement sperm count and fertility are not one of them. In fact, testosterone replacement will suppress FSH levels and over time sperm production may cease entirely. If you desire fertility, please seek out a urologist trained in fertility medicine or an rei md.

In brief: Most not effective

Medications in general are not too helpful for sperm production.
There are exceptions to this, but most men will get maximum benefit from healthy living, weight reduction, and a good low alcohol diet.

In brief: Hormone pills

Men with low sperm count and low testosterone levels will often improve their count with the use of clomiphene, tamoxifen or hcg.
When estrogen levels are also high, addition of anastrazole can also be helpful. These will not correct issues with motility or morphology, however.
