Could my deviated septum result in my memory problems?

In brief: Deviated septum

Your memory issues have nothing to do with your septum. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist and you can see a neurologist about your memory.

In brief: Could -could not

Probably not directly, but if it is causing some type of difficulty breathing at night and your oxygen saturations drop, attention and memory complaints can develop secondary to hypoxia.
A sleep study and ENT consult may make it clearer. Neuropsychological evaluation and neurology consult would most likely be the most sensitive way to determine if you really have a memory problem and why.

In brief: Not Likely

Assuming your surgery went smoothly, fixing a deviated septum should not affect memory.
If this is a real concern, i would recommend a visit to a neurologist.
