Do cases of alzheimer's disease get better with medications and is there a relation between having alzheimer's and hypothyrodism?

2 questions. Some of the symptoms may get better with medications but not all of them. Severe hypothyroidism can look similar to dementia including alzheimer's.
Modest meds. Although we have several memory enhancing drugs, at best these slow deterioration, and may control some behavioral complications. The disease does not improve but may stabilize for a time. Hypothyroidism may cause cognitive problems but has really no relationship to alzheimer's.
