In brief: Ask your P.T.

Wobble(or balance) are great tools for stability training; but best to ask your physical therapist if you should be using one.

In brief: Proprioception

A wobble board is an excellent device to use for rehabilitation if used at the proper time in your rehab.
Initially, i would recommend use under the supervision of your physical therapist and in the long term to help try and regain the proprioception in your knee. I use wobble boards or bosu mats for my general knee health during my workout routine.
