In brief: More than massage

I suspect you need more than massage to deal with this.
The first is evaluation by a musculoskeltal specialist to determine the most likely source of pain. Not all pain is from muscles. Following that a more active form of therapy such as pt may be of more help. Massage has been shown to be effective for various conditions but no one therapy works for everything.

In brief: No diagnosis

Massage is not a treatement for all possible hip problems.
If you are still experiencing pain, you need to have your hip evaluated by a physician.
