Since my estrogen is low and i just started having cramping right in the middle above my pelvis does that mean ovarian cancer?

Incidentally, how did you know that your estrogen is low? Cramps in 39 y female could are likely to be due to menstrual cycles. When does cramping occur? Cyst, infection, review of other systems... Cancer is low on the list. The differential is wide open. Relax and go to general practioner who would be very helpful in your case.

This cannot be diagnosed by vague non-specific symptoms or by laboratory testing. As recommended earlier, you need to have a very good primary care doctor coordinating your care. Hope you feel better and have less back pain.
