Can it be possible to have blocked arteries at the age of 23?

Yes. It is quite uncommon, but we have treated people with heart attacks due to coronary artery blockage in their mid 20's. If you have chest pain, there are other cardiac causes in younger people such as heart rhythm problems or if you were born with coronary arteries which travel in a different pattern to supply blood flow to your heart (congenital anomalous origin of the coronary arteries).
