In brief: Depends

If you don't need surgery then it is probably not a significant fracture and often we will let you use a sling and slowly resume activities as tolerated over several weeks.
You really need an x-ray to determine best how to rehab this though.

In brief: 6-8 weeks

Most fractures take 6-8 weeks to heal, and radial head fractures are no exception.
If the radial head fracture is minimally displaced, treatment typically consists of sling use for 1-2 weeks followed by therapy exercises to regain elbow flexibility. For significantly displaced fractures, surgical intervention may be necessary.
