If you use the drug everyday regularly, you may have low grade withdrawal prior to each dose. It is relatively mild but may cause your BP to rise.
Vicodin. Many things can affect blood pressure, but taking vicodin as prescribed is not particularly known for it. Vicodin withdrawal on the other hand may cause agitation and anxiety which can raise blood pressure. Invest in a simple blood pressure monitoring device and take your blood pressure regularly. If you are concerned about your BP readings talk with your doctor about it.
