Pay attention to when you get the spasms - maybe you are doing something as simple as gripping too hard.
Perhaps it comes from hunched over posture. Take stretching breaks and arch your back and open up the front of your shoulders(where nerves are) otherwise muscle spasms respond to: adequate water intake, magnesium (glycinate won't give you the runnies that oxide and citrate will) and calcium.

Agreed. One point: People with kidney disease need to keep in mind that they should avoid magnesium unless instructed otherwise by their doctors, because it can build up in the bloodstream if kidneys are not eliminating it well.
