In brief: Yes

If you have an AAA you should avoid extremes of hypertension.
Extreme physical exercise will raise your blood pressure and that will increase the pressure on the aneurysm sac. Therefore most vascular surgeons would recommend against this sort of activity.

In brief: Possibly

I am not aware of any data, though anything that raises blood pressure high will stress the vessel's walls.
That being said, beta-blockers and other meds are meant to reduce your body's ability to generate dangerous pressures. Consult with your doctor prior to hitting the gym. We like to encourage good behavior whenever possible so will help come up with plan.

In brief: Perhaps

It is never a good idea to do anything that will increase blood pressure when you have an aneurysm.
Extreme exercise is potentially a cause of elevated blood pressure and that in and of itself is not good. Abdominal aneurysms rupture because the wall becomes weaker as the size increases.
