In brief: Not often

Aaas are typically silent.
They don't hurt until they rupture and they typically can not be felt. It would be possible to hear the turbulence of the blood flow through blocked renal arteries or mesenteric arteries. For parts of the AAA to have turbulence and cause a noise (bruit) is possible but would be rare.

In brief: AAA sounds

Usually an AAA makes no sounds.
If the aneurysm rubs a hole into the vena cava that sits right next to it there can be a very prominent noise called a machinery murmur
