Do the treatment options change depending on how clogged my arteries are?

Possibly. If the artery is completely blocked, or if there are long segments of blockage or multiple areas of complete blockage in a row, it may be more difficult to treat the blockage with angioplasty. Open surgery becomes a better option in these situations.
Sure. Please don't smoke. Control BP and diabetes. Exercise. Eat right. This works for all pad. Aspirin may be added by your doctor. Also a statin. Stents and or surgery not always needed.
