Would a transvaginal pelvic scan be enough to know if I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, or endeomitritis?

Ultrasound Findings. Transvaginal ultrasound can be helpful in identifying patients with pcos but alone, an ultrasound is not fully diagnostic nor can it fully exclude this diagnosis. Endometritis cannot be seen on us but can be by endometrial biopsy or dilation & curettage sampling.
