In brief: Ready to eat foods
You can make food ahead of time to pack in your lunch.
Boil a dozen eggs, bake some skinless chicken, make up a big salad without dressing and place these in smaller containers. Pick a meat/fish of your choice and cook it and store it in the fridge. Then you can toss the containers in an insulated bag and off you go! Small yogurt containers, string cheese, sliced lunch meat all travel well.

In brief: Mother's diet
Depends on whether or not there are any problems e.
g. Overweight, underweight, hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, energy problems etc. If you do diet try to have the whole family eating more or less the same so you limit the time you are preparing meals. Jounal when you eat and how you feel to see if you are emotional eating.
