There are other granulomatous diseases beside tuberculosis infection such as histoplasmosis which is endemic in some areas of usa.
Chest CT scan showed nodules are gone. Report also stated granulomatous disease. What does that mean? I don't have follow up until next week.
Benign. Granulomatous disease is usually caused by prior infection by histoplasma fungus. This is benign and quite common. Nothing you describe sounds worrisome.
