In brief: Nicotine intox.
In rare cases if enough skin contact occurs with tobacco plants, enough nicotine can be absorbed to cause ill-effects.
This can cause headaches, nausea, abdominal cramping, diarrhea...

In brief: None
There are no known occupational issues of being around tobacco to my knowledge.
Many tobacco employees do smoke, and that is as dangerous as it is to anybody else. Many other professions do have occupational exposure issues (nitroglycerine factories for example or bathtub refinishers, pigeon breeders), but am not aware of anything with tobacco.
