In brief: This May Help

These may help in addition to nursing or pumping more often, stay well hydrated.
Fenugreek supplements may help and appear safe.A course of the prescription drug Reglan (metoclopramide) helps some women. And above all make sure you are healthy with no hidden medical problems.

Pumping and frequent breast feeding really is the key. Supplements may help some mothers but they will not replace the frequent emptying of the breasts. Breast feeding really is about supply and demand.
