My toddler girl has a terrible yeast infection in her diaper area for over 8 weeks now- diflucan, (fluconazole) probiotics, nystatin, nothing seems to work - help!

Diaper treatment. Wash affected area with soap and water. Use a hair drier to make sure she is meticulously dry. Leave her bottom open to the air. Use a goose neck lamp over affected area with a 40 watt bulb for 10-15 minutes per hour. The rash should clear up in a couple of days. Read more...
