In brief: No

Abnormal pap tests are caused by HPV infection (human papilloma virus).
A miscarriage will not affect your pap test.

In brief: Possibly

There are different types of abnormal pap smears.
Some abnormala like lgsil or hgsil are associated with the hpv or the human papilloma virus. Others paps smears are ascus ( atypical ) and may or may not have hpv present. A very recent miscarriage with bleeding or inflammation present may result in an atypical pap at times. If no hpv is present the pap can be repeated.
