The amount of risk ranges from almost none to very high. A married person, where neither spouse has the viruses (hard to tell) and neither spouse will catch the virus from a 3rd person (even harder to tell), is at very low risk for catching it. He or she can get the vaccine for peace of mind, or just for protection.
