Is there any relation between using a condom and vaginal cancer?

In brief: No

Condom use during sex would most likely protect you from one day ever developing vaginal cancer.
The reason for this is that hpv is the major cause of vaginal cancer. While condom use decreases, it does not eliminate the risk of getting an hpv infection. Get regular pap smears and follow up with your doctor as directed.

In brief: The opposite

Use of a condom will prevent spread of hpv, a virus that can cause cancer. Vaginal cancer is less commonly from hpv than cervical cancer but there may still be a link; using a condom lowers this risk tremendously.
