My daughter has been suffering with a thick rash under her ares and it itches very bad. Yesterday she appeared with red bumps under her arms and chest?

See your doctor. It is difficult to diagnose rashes without seeing them. Since it s thick and now spreading, she would be helped with a visit. Cannot tell if it is a contact irritation or a food sensitivity or eczema or other allergic type rash without seeing it.
