In brief: Avoid sun, diet chan
Sun avoidance can be helpful, and avoiding dairy and red meat is supposed to reduce inflammation associated with lupus, onega 3 fatty acids along with vitamin c.
And b vitamins can also help. If however the lupus is active you may still need to take antimalarials such as plaque nil to control the lupus along with diet and supplementation until it subsides.

In brief: SLE
Management of systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) often depends on disease severity and disease manifestations, but it is an important collaboration between you (the patient) and your doctor as to what is the best therapy for your condition.
