You are not saying why you are rinsing with salt water. If it is to sooth your gums or reduce inflamation in your gums then you are better off removing your dentures.
In this way the salt water will have more contact with your gums and will work better. If you are rinsing to sooth your throat, then it really doesn't mater whether your dentures are in or not.
