In brief: If gigantic
Typical ovarian cysts are too small to compress nerves leaving the lower spinal cord to enter the leg.
A super large cyst could conceivably affect the retro-peritoneal ilio-hypogastric or ilio-inguinal nerves, or even the femoral, but I have never encountered this. I have seen post-operative complications affecting all of these nerves however.
