If I test negative on the arthritis test does that mean that I will never get arthritis?

In brief: No
There is no blood or urine test to diagnose osteoarthritis.
A large number of pts with rheumatoid arthritis are sero-negative (test negative). There are many other arthritis ( reactive, psoriatic etc) that have no specific test.

Negative testing does not give you a clean slate as far as developing arthritis down the road.
