In brief: Not likely

The broken ribs usually dont cause arthritis.
They only have articulations, or joints, where they meet your spine and sternum. It is extremely rare, and not reported to my knowledge.

In brief: No, not likely

Arthritis after trauma requires disruption of a joint.
Rib fractures do not lead to this, but can still cause pain or spasm with forceful activities afterwards.
