Can I take my multivitamin at night?

You can any time. Vitamin supplements can be taken any time throught the day/night, but just remember that they are supplements--they should not replace what you should be getting fresh from your diet. If you eat a vaiety, balanced, healthy diet (see picture here) and exercise regularly, there is no need to take supplement. Consult doc or nutristionist if you need help. Good luck.
Sure, but why? Multivitamins are worthless, and may be dangerous. They have no proven benefit. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits.
