In brief: Probably not

There are many different types of cancer that may be referred to as bone cancer.
Sometimes this is cancer from other organs that has spread to the bones and sometimes this is cancer that arises from the bones (example sarcoma). The majority of stage 4 cancers that spread to the bones cannot be cured. Some lymphomas that spread to the bones can be cured however.

In brief: No.

If you asking if cure is possible for a cancer that began in a place other than bone and then spread to bone, which would be termed stage 4 disease, then the answer is "no.
" once a cancer has metastasized to distant places in the body, cure, whatever the origin of the cancer, would be very rare.
