In brief: basics of Raynaud's

The disease is due to spasm of the muscular lining of blood vessels as a result of temperature extremes.
15 years old is quite young for occurrence and i would look for other reasons. Simply because color changes occur with temperature in our skin is not raynaud's. I would look for other reasons before jumping on this.

In brief: Usually no reason

The raynaud's and scleroderma association in the U.
K. States that raynaud's disease is more common in teens and young adults, especially teen girls and young women. The majority of patients resolve their symptoms in their twenties. (probably the approximately 10% of cases who have secondary conditions causing raynaud's will continue to have symptoms unless their secondary disorders are resolved.).
