I have red itchy bumps on my knuckles and elbows. They've been there for about 2 months and don t show signs of going away. What can I do about it?

In brief: Red itchy bumps

If you haven't already, start with avoiding any hard scrubbing or washing with soap on those areas.
Use a daily barrier ointment like aquaphor immediately after shower. You can also try a otc steroid ointment for a week or so to see if it improves. Rashes are notoriously difficult to diagnose and manage without a picture so make sure you see your doc if not improving. Good luck!
