In brief: Several issues

The effexor, (venlafaxine) as most ssri meds is a category c med meaning no evidence of harm has been found during fetal development, though animal testing may suggest some.
Pediatricians like to be aware of rx as these kids can have subdued reactions at birth.I'm not aware of any effect your fibromyalgia would have on the baby & how pregnancy would effect your disease can be addressed by your rheumatologist.
