In brief: Yes

Raynaud's symptoms do run in some families.
There is presumed a genetic factor involved, but the particular genes have not been identified for raynaud's disease. In raynaud's syndrome, the other medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, can also be familial, resulting in several members of a single family having a disorder that causes raynaud's symptoms.

In brief: Yes

Raynaud's is like everything else: comes in small, medium, and large.
Sometimes just a nuisance & can be very important. Often related to coffee, cold weather, and esp tobacco exposure. It may be related to rhematoid arthritis, lupus, ... There are decent "first aid" things that hepl as well as meds, but rarely surgery. www.thepmc.org.

In brief: Rheumatologic issues

The specific diagnosis of Raynaud's wouldn't run in families as much as the tendency towards rheumatologic conditions in general - that tendency runs in families - lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, scleroderma.
Can find all of these in family lineages.
