In brief: Treated not cured
They can be treated when symptomatic and repaired.
It is a fix the word cure is reserved for another style of healing we can change it so it is less symptomatic. That is the best we can do.

Spondylolysis can be cured if fracture healing occurs, but it commonly remains fractured due to poor blood supply to the region. There are surgical repair techniques for appropriately indicated patients for the non-healed fractures. With spondylolisthesis, the curavtive treatment is a spinal fusion. It is not a cure that makes the spine normal, but relieves a majority of symptoms.

In brief: Rarely
Some cases of spondylolysis in young people and very young adults can be fixed with surgery.
Most with spondylolisthesis, especially adults cannot be cured, though fusion (making the area stiff surgically) can restore function when conservative measures fail.
